Six-head filling
Six nozzles dispense into bottles positioned beneath the filling station.
GT6T-6G
A conveyor-based piston filling machine for liquid and paste products, with six dispensing heads and a top-mounted hopper.
01 / The machine
Six piston filling heads bring liquid or smooth paste products into an inline bottle process. Product is supplied from an elevated hopper, metered by the piston system and dispensed at the filling station. The cylinder range and nozzle arrangement are selected around the fill quantity and bottle opening.
Six nozzles dispense into bottles positioned beneath the filling station.
The elevated hopper feeds the piston metering assembly.
Conveyor guides hold containers along the filling path.
02 / In operation
From product preparation
to the next packaging step.
Load the hopper and set the metering volume for the selected cylinder.
The conveyor presents bottles beneath the six filling heads.
The piston system meters the product, then filled bottles move downstream.
