Bottle transport
Guide rails support the bottles as they move through the labeling station.
MT-200
An automatic conveyor-fed labeler for applying self-adhesive labels to cylindrical containers.
01 / The machine
An automatic self-adhesive labeler for round bottles. Containers travel on an inline conveyor, pass the label-dispensing point and rotate against the wrap-around mechanism to apply the label around the bottle body. Select the label-head height around the artwork and bottle geometry.
Guide rails support the bottles as they move through the labeling station.
A roll-fed label path presents the label at the application point.
The belt assembly brings the label around the cylindrical container.
02 / In operation
From product preparation
to the next packaging step.
Adjust the conveyor guides and wrap mechanism for the bottle diameter.
The sensor detects a bottle and triggers the label-feed system.
The bottle rotates against the labeling mechanism to apply the label.
