Continuous sealing
A conveyor carries the pouch through the sealing path.
LF1080 series
A continuous band-sealing platform with air-suction and gas-flushing configurations for suitable flexible packaging.
01 / The machine
A continuous band-sealing machine for compatible bags, combining conveyor transfer, heated sealing and solid-ink coding. The LF1080A arrangement includes suction; LF1080B adds gas flushing. Select the variant around the bag material and the required packing process.
A conveyor carries the pouch through the sealing path.
LF1080A combines air suction, sealing and solid-ink coding. LF1080B adds gas flushing.
Temperature, conveyor movement and pressure-related controls are grouped on the machine.
02 / In operation
From product preparation
to the next packaging step.
Guide the bag opening into the continuous sealing bands.
The selected variant performs suction or gas flushing and heat sealing.
Solid-ink coding marks the bag as the conveyor carries it out.
