How this sealing process works
Close flaps → Seal centre seams → Transfer carton → Seal edges
Edge-sealing tape heads

Separate tape heads apply tape along the carton edges after centre-seam sealing. Confirm the required tape pattern with a finished carton sample.
Carton transfer pusher

The pusher transfers the carton from the roller area towards the edge-sealing process. Conveyor layout and carton spacing must suit the connected line.
Check carton fit before choosing a configuration
Share the finished tape pattern, carton size range, packed weight, conveyor height and available floor space.
Compare completed cartons per minute using your actual carton sizes and tape. Conveyor speed alone does not establish finished line output.
Frequently asked questions
Can I add only the edge-sealing station?
If your existing process already provides correctly centre-sealed cartons, assess a separate edge sealer and its transfer requirements.
How is the price determined?
An equipment quotation depends on carton sizes, tape requirements, automation scope and included conveyors. Send the application details so that the scope can be defined.
