Vertical PE Bag Sealer
A vertical continuous sealer for suitable PE-film bags and larger upright packs. The sealing head and supporting conveyor can be positioned to suit the bag, with a front support rail and a wheeled frame.

Choose around your bag and process
Choose this model when PE-film sealing and upright handling are the main requirements. Film composition and thickness must be tested with the intended temperature and speed settings.
Set the working height → Support the filled bag upright → Feed the bag mouth → Seal, cool and discharge
End tray and brake caster
The upper view shows the metal tray beside the belt; the lower view shows a brake-equipped caster. Position the machine and secure it before setting up the working height.
Vertical working layout
The conveyor carries the filled pack below the sealing head. Set the bag support and sealing height before running a batch.
Heating and cooling sections
The model uses an extended thermal path for its intended film applications. Verify a cooled seal on the actual bag material.

Belt speed is not finished bags per minute. Output depends on bag handling, spacing and the heat-sealing settings.
Application questions
How does it differ from QLF-1680?
FR-1100V focuses on the stated PE-film application and uses a different head, conveyor and frame arrangement. Compare actual film, bag height, filled weight and available space rather than choosing by model number alone.
What should a sealing trial check?
Use filled bags in the intended film structure. Check bag feeding, seal appearance after cooling and the required seal-strength or leak test for the application. Where coding or gas flushing is involved, include print quality or atmosphere testing in the trial.
Send your bag and packing requirements
Send the bag material and layer structure, dimensions, filled weight, required seal width and target output. Include filled samples and the available electrical supply; add gas or compressed-air details where relevant.
