RUIKE / FR-900
Continuous Band Sealer
Continuous heat sealing for compatible plastic-film bags, with a compact tabletop layout and adjustable conveying speed. The operator presents the bag mouth to the sealing bands while the belt supports the pack.

Choose around your bag and process
A starting point for batches of small packs that need a consistent heat-sealed bag mouth. Select this model for sealing rather than vacuum extraction or gas flushing.
Present and align the bag mouth → Feed into the bands → Heat seal and cool → Discharge

Heating and cooling assemblies
The close-up shows the paired blocks, spring supports and sealing-band path above the conveyor. These contact areas should be checked during setup and routine maintenance.
Heating and cooling path
The bag mouth travels between sealing bands through the heating and cooling sections. Match temperature and belt speed to the film structure.
Conveyor support
The belt supports the pack during sealing. Keep the filled bag stable and align the mouth before feeding.
Specifications

Belt speed is not finished bags per minute. Output depends on bag handling, spacing and the heat-sealing settings.
Application questions
Does this model remove air from the bag?
This FR-900 configuration provides continuous heat sealing. Use a dedicated air-extraction or gas-flushing model if the packing process requires those functions.
What should a sealing trial check?
Use filled bags in the intended film structure. Check bag feeding, seal appearance after cooling and the required seal-strength or leak test for the application. Where coding or gas flushing is involved, include print quality or atmosphere testing in the trial.
Send your bag and packing requirements
Send the bag material and layer structure, dimensions, filled weight, required seal width and target output. Include filled samples and the available electrical supply; add gas or compressed-air details where relevant.
