Choose around your bag and process
For larger packs requiring continuous heat sealing while supported on a conveyor. Match the bag height, filled weight and film to the selected configuration.
Set head and conveyor heights → Position the filled bag → Feed and seal continuously → Inspect and discharge

Drive motor and bag-support conveyor
The upper view shows the conveyor drive beside the height-adjustment structure; the lower view shows the belt and front support rail. Select the setup around actual bag weight and height.
Adjustable head and conveyor
Height adjustment accommodates the filled bag. The front rail helps support the pack as its mouth enters the sealer.
Motor-driven conveyor
The conveyor supports movement through the sealing process. Check pack stability, feed spacing and the cooled seal during a trial.
Specifications
| Belt speed | 0–20 m/min |
|---|---|
| Seal width | 10 mm |
| Pack height adjustment | 50–800 mm |
| Conveyor load | ≤15 kg |
| Temperature control range | 0–300 °C |
Belt speed is not finished bags per minute. Output depends on bag handling, spacing and the heat-sealing settings.
Application questions
Does continuous sealing mean automatic bag loading?
This machine conveys and seals bags presented to its infeed. A separate bag-loading arrangement is needed if the process requires automatic presentation of each bag.
What should a sealing trial check?
Use filled bags in the intended film structure. Check bag feeding, seal appearance after cooling and the required seal-strength or leak test for the application. Where coding or gas flushing is involved, include print quality or atmosphere testing in the trial.
Send your bag and packing requirements
Send the bag material and layer structure, dimensions, filled weight, required seal width and target output. Include filled samples and the available electrical supply; add gas or compressed-air details where relevant.
