Pneumatic Bag Sealer
A pneumatic clamping sealer for compatible plastic-film and aluminium-plastic laminate bags. A roller support carries the pack while the operator positions the bag mouth and starts the sealing cycle.

Choose around your bag and process
For supported bags that suit a clamping sealing cycle, including thicker-film applications after sample testing. Specify single- or double-sided heating according to the bag material.
Set the support height → Align and hold the bag mouth → Start the sealing cycle → Release and remove the pack

Foot pedal and height reference
The upper view shows the pedal; the lower view shows the scale beside the support column. These are operating and setup details, not an automatic bag-feeding mechanism.
Foot-operated cycle
The pedal allows the operator to position the bag before starting the cycle. Keep the sealing-jaw area clear and follow the machine operating instructions.
Roller support and height scale
The support height can be set for the bag. The scale provides a reference when returning to a previous pack size.

Application questions
Is this a continuous band sealer?
QLF700A uses a pneumatic clamping cycle. It should be compared using completed sealing cycles and bag handling, rather than the belt-speed figures of continuous band sealers.
What should a sealing trial check?
Use filled bags in the intended film structure. Check bag feeding, seal appearance after cooling and the required seal-strength or leak test for the application. Where coding or gas flushing is involved, include print quality or atmosphere testing in the trial.
Send your bag and packing requirements
Send the bag material and layer structure, dimensions, filled weight, required seal width and target output. Include filled samples and the available electrical supply; add gas or compressed-air details where relevant.
